			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This project came about through the realisation that many of us have experienced protracted and difficult negotiations following the implementation of the National Pay Framework (HERA, HAY or equivalent).  This has led to significant distress, feelings of being undervalued and overall helplessness in the face of institutional pressure and decisions.  In view of the lack of national guidance about pay scales for permanent, part-time and hourly paid dyslexia tutors, it was felt that ADSHE was the appropriate professional body to begin to address this issue.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We are proud to announce the launch of our new website built by Paul and John (<a title="Paul and John website" href="http://paulandjohn.com" target="_blank">paulandjohn.com</a>).</p>
<p>Our new site is built with a full Content Management System (CMS) which means that all ADSHE staff can add and edit  pages through a simple to use administration site, making sure that the content is always up to date and current. Further, the site has been tested to display correctly on all major web browsers including; IE6, IE7, IE8, Firefox 2, Firefox 3, Firefox 3.5, Opera, Safari, Chrome etc.</p>
<p>It has been constructed using valid XHTML and CSS to comply with present W3 web standards and optimised for high search engine ranking.</p>
